	An article written by our staff and featured in The Charter Connection NEW BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES OF THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS by Ed December 2006 During the recent boat show in Tortola, I made a point of visiting Nanny Cay, Road Reef Marina and Maya Cove to take some present day pictures from the same locations as those I took in the 70's. We have put them side by side in the historic section of our site. The contrast is of course amazing. What is also surprising is that this surge of development shows no sign of slowing down, particularly in Road Town, where there are significant differences from the 'current' picture taken in 2002. Looks like we will have to take a new 'present day' photograph every 4 years!
