MANDATORY EXTRAS

Nonrefundable Damage Waiver: $30 - $72 per night (dependent on yacht type and size)

Refundable Security Deposit: $480 to $1,080 (dependent on yacht type and size)

Cleaning Fee: $120- $372 (dependent on yacht type and size)

Dream Handling Fee: $36/charter
Fuel and Water are additional.

Starter Pack: $48 per charter - includes:
1 bottle of rum, 2 limes, sugar, 1 6-pack of coke, 1 gallon water, 1 small bottle of washing liquid, 1 dish cloth/sponge, garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 box of matches, 1 roll of toilet paper in each head1 bottle of disinfectant

BVI Cruising Permit: $16/person/day    

BVI National Parks Trust Permit:             US $ 25.-/boat/week/up to 4 persons           
                                                                        US $ 35.-/boat/week/up to 6 persons
                                                                        US $ 45.-/boat/week/up to 8 persons   
                                                                        US $ 55.-/boat/week/up to 10 persons  
                                                                         US $ 5.-/week for any additional person

VISAR: $2 per person   

Payable to Customs:

Environmental and Tourism levy $10 pp - collected on arrival at port of entry.
Departure tax $50 per person from airport and $20 per person from ferry.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment Terms:
30% of charter fee to confirm
Final payment due 45 days prior to charter start date

Cancellation Fees:
Cancel more than 60 days before charter start date: 30% of charter fee (without add-on options)
Cancel 59 days or less before charter start date: 100% of the charter fee (without add-on options)
No refund will be issued for add-on options for cancellation 7 days or less before charter start date

Charters start at 5:00 p.m. and end at 10 a.m.

Located at Scrub Island Marina, Scrub Island.

Dream has partnered with Dolphin Water Taxi for private transportation from St. Thomas airport to Red Hook then ferry to Scrub Is. 75 mins. $149 per person one way. Min. 5 people/$745. To arrange, names and copies of passports are needed.

Pre-arranged/pre-paid transfers must be arranged at least 1 week prior to arrival.

Taxi between Scrub Is Ferry and Road Town Ferry Dock: $18/per person one way.
Taxi between Scrub Is Ferry and Beef Island Airport: $9/per person one way.

Scrub Island operates a courtesy ferry/shuttle out of Trellis Bay, which is right next to the airport on Tortola. If you are flying into Tortola, this is a walkable distance or a quick taxi ride to help you with bags. If you are taking a ferry from St. Thomas to Road Town, you’ll need to take a taxi from Road Town to Trellis Bay. The Trellis Bay shuttle service is available every 45 minutes past the hour from the Trellis Bay Shuttle dock. Returning from Scrub Island at the end of your charter, the free shuttle to the Trellis Bay dock is available every 30 minutes past the hour. Shuttle service is available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Taxis are available at the dock to take you into Road Town.
