The rates include: • Private Yacht & Service of the crew (captain, hostess/cook) • Insurance for the yacht and the passengers (civil liability) • Accommodation in 3 private air-conditioned double cabins with ensuite bathroom • Bedding, towels and beach towels • Half board or Full board: Half board includes breakfast each day, four lunches and four dinners with full bar and wine pairing per week. Full board includes all meals served aboard (breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily), full bar, and wine pairing • Consumables for the yacht (diesel, fuel, and water), cruising taxes • Water sports on board: snorkeling gear, stand-up paddleboard, kayak (2seats), floats, towable inflatable, fishing gear, and tackles • BVI Cruising Taxes and National Park Permits • Mooring fees The rates do not include: • Cancellation insurance and private insurance • Extra drinks, fine wines, champagne & spirits, special meals orders • docking fees, clearance and customs fees • Land-based excursions or rendezvous activities • BVI Fishing Licenses • Transfer airport – base – airport • Personal expenses • Tip. It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. BVI Cruising Permit: $6/person/day
BVI National Parks Trust Permit: $25-$55 (2-10 pers) plus $5/pers/wk for any additional person)
VISAR: $2 per person
Payable to Customs:
Environmental and Tourism levy $10 pp - collected on arrival at port of entry.
Departure tax $50 per person from airport and $20 per person from ferry.
Skipper: $252/day plus meals & gratuity

15 hp outboard dinghy engine: $42/night (catamarans only)
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
30% of charter fee to confirm. Final payment due 45 days prior.
If Charterer cancels more than 60 days before original charter start, Charterer will lose the 30% deposit. If Charterer has already paid for add-on options, DYC will reimburse Charterer for these expenses.
If Charterer cancels 59 days or less before the original charter start, Charterer will lose the entire charter fee paid to date. If charterer has already paid for add-on options, DYC will reimburse Charterer for these expenses, unless cancellation occurs within 7 days of departure. If within 7 days, payment for add-on options will not be refunded.
Charters start at 5:00 p.m. and end at 10 a.m.

Dream has partnered with Dolphin Water Taxi for private transportation from St. Thomas airport to Red Hook then ferry to Scrub Is. 75 mins. $149 per person one way. Min. 5 people/$745. To arrange, names and copies of passports are needed.
Pre-arranged/pre-paid transfers must be arranged at least 1 week prior to arrival.
Taxi between Scrub Is Ferry and Road Town Ferry Dock: $18/per person one way.
Taxi between Scrub Is Ferry and Beef Island Airport:
$9/per person one way.
Scrub Island operates a courtesy ferry/shuttle out of Trellis Bay, which is right next to the airport on Tortola. If you are flying into Tortola, this is a walkable distance or a quick taxi ride to help you with bags. If you are taking a ferry from St. Thomas to Road Town, you’ll need to take a taxi from Road Town to Trellis Bay. The Trellis Bay shuttle service is available every 45 minutes past the hour from the Trellis Bay Shuttle dock. Returning from Scrub Island at the end of your charter, the free shuttle to the Trellis Bay dock is available every 30 minutes past the hour. Shuttle service is available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Taxis are available at the dock to take you into Road Town.
