MANDATORY EXTRAS

Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 US

Security Insurance (non-refundable): $50/day, $500 maximum

BVI Cruising Taxes: $4/person/day
BVI National Parks Permit: $25 - $75/week, depending on the number of passengers aboard
VISAR: $2.00/person donation to this non-profit rescue organization
Cell Phone Rental: $10.00 flat fee.

Fuel and water are additional.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Check-out skipper: $175/day plus meals and gratuity
Full-time skipper:  $200/day plus meals and gratuity
Instructional skipper:  $225/day plus meals and gratuity
ASA skipper:  $250/day plus meals and gratuity

Sleepaboards are charged at one-half the daily charter rate, plus one night’s Cruising Tax per person

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment terms:
50% deposit of charter fee + expenses.
Final balance is due 45 days prior to charter start.

Cancellation Terms:
- For cancellation 90 or more days prior to the charter start: $300 cancellation fee.
- For cancellation 45 to 89 days prior to charter start date: 50% of charter fee.
- For cancellation less than 45 days prior to charter start date: 100% of charter fee.
- All cancellation service fees are non-refundable and will not be held as credit towards future charters.

Charters start at noon and end at noon.

*If you purchased a sleep aboard for the night before your charter, boarding is at 5 p.m.*

Located on Tortola, in the Southwest corner of Road Harbour at Road Reef Marina.

The base is very close to the Road Town ferry dock, about a 5-minute taxi ride.
Taxi fare to the marina is $5 per person.
Taxi fare from the Tortola airport is $27 for 1 passenger; $14 per person for 2 passengers; 3 or more $12 per person. Approximately 30 minutes.

Transfers may be pre-arranged.
