CAPTAIN JIM JUDY
Captain Jim brings a lifetime of boating and yachting experience, from his roots growing up in the mid-west, boating on the Ohio River, to professionally captaining many yachts, of all shapes and sizes, up to 140 feet, over the years. He has a vast knowledge of not only South Florida waters and the nearby Bahamian waters, but also the inland Western River System and the Great Lakes, in the eastern US. Throughout the years he has ran several successful charter yachts, including his own 100’ motor yacht. He is happy to share with you, his love of boating. He also has extensive knowledge in boat building, and has managed several new construction and refit projects. Captain Jim currently holds a 200 Ton Master USCG license.

CHEF CRISTIANO ROSSI
From the coastal city of San Benedetto Del Tronto, in the Marche region of Italy, Cristiano is an experienced 3rd generation chef. Aside from learning first hand at home from his mother and grandmother, Cristiano grew up working in the kitchens of their family owned fine dining restaurants, with his father and grandfather as master chefs. These authentic culinary skills, of course, were passed down to him at a very young age. With his close proximity to the Adriatic Sea, Cristiano’s adventurous spirit lead him to pursue a career as a yacht chef. Venturing out on his own, Cristiano has worked on yachts of all shapes and sizes, all over the world. While specializing in authentic and fusion Italian, French, and Mediterranean Cuisines, Cristiano’s abilities in the galley are limitless. Even in high stress situations, Cristiano’s calm and kind nature personality prevails.

KEVIN HARVEY – Mate/Engineer/Stew
From Cumberland, Maryland, Kevin brings a well rounded level of experience to LADY LEX. He has an extensive background in the service industry ranging from bartending to restaurant ownership to working in the construction industry. While living in the Virgin Islands for a few years, he developed a love for the sea and sailing. Kevin is gaining sea time, working on expanding his captain license.
