MANDATORY EXTRAS

Nonrefundable Damage Insurance: $40/day (min $200; max $400) (covers yacht & dinghy).

Refundable Security Deposit: $1500 to $3500 (dependent on yacht size)

Dinghy fuel - $20.
Cruising tax $4 pp/day
VISAR $10/per charter
Nat'l Parks Permit $25-55 wk - depending on number of guests.

Short-term Supplement: Add $50.00/day for charters less than 7 days.
Fuel and water are additional.

Payable to Customs:
Environmental and Tourism levy $10 pp - collected on arrival at port of entry.
Departure tax $50 per person from airport and $20 per person from ferry.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Optional Cancellation Waiver - $200 (optional - due with initial deposit).

Local Cellphone Rental $10 - offered at check in.

Sleepaboard $75pp (min. $150)
Skippers - rate per day: Day Checkout $250; Regular Captain $300 - all plus meals & gratuity.
WiFi (MiFi) on board-$30 or $40/day; $135 or $205/wk-sign up on arrival.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment terms:
Initial deposit: 50% of yacht fee
Final payment: Due 45 days prior to start date.

Cancellation terms:
Payments are nonrefundable unless $200 cancellation waiver is purchased, then specific terms apply
(see contract).

Charters start and end at noon any day of the week.

Purchased Sleepaboard starts the night before your charter at 5pm.

Located at Ritter Marina, Wickham's Cay 2, Road Town, Tortola.

Taxi can be pre-arranged from Tortola airport to base. Cost from airport ($27 for one person, $14 each for 2 people and $12 each for 3 or more passengers). If arriving by ferry, call Mike Smith (taxi driver) at 284-496-0959 from the St. Thomas ferry terminal and let him know which ferry you are on and he will arrange to meet you at the ferry dock in Tortola.
