The Lagoon 450 'Peace Out' is a 45 ft Catamaran operated by Catamaran Company with room for 12 guests. Based out of Hodges Creek Marina, British Virgin Islands, the Lagoon 450 is available for bareboat charters with rates from $8,000 / week. MANDATORY EXTRAS
CDW - The Collision Damage Waiver and the DDW - Dinghy Damage Waiver
$74 per day (under 50ft) $84/day (over 50ft)
Refundable Damage Deposit:
A $1000-$2000: Refundable damage deposit will be charged at check-in at the base and refunded after your charter ends.
Cruising tax: $4 pp/day
Nat'l' Parks Permit: $25-75 wk - depending on number of guests.
VISAR: $2.00/person donation to this non-profit rescue organization
Cleaning Fee: $299-$470 (dependent on yacht size)
Fuel and water are additional.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Sleep Aboard: 1/2 of the daily rate. Available to reserve only 30 days or less prior.
WiFi: $25 per day. "Flagship" fleet includes WiFi on board.
Skippers: $400/day. Skipper's meals are additional.
Payment and Cancellation Terms
Initial deposit: 25% of charter fee
Second Payment: 25% of the charter fee due 90 days prior to start date
Final payment: Due 90 days prior to start date.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the time the reservation is made there is no penalty.

Cancellations up to and including 90 days of departure will pay a $599 cancellation fee.
Cancellations 89 days up to and including 60 days of departure date will forfeit 50% of the total charter fee and extras.
Cancellations inside 60 days of departure date will forfeit the total charter fee and extras.
Postponements are considered cancellations.
Charters start at 5:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 a.m.
Located at Hodges Creek Marina,Tortola on the East side of the island on C & D docks.
Local taxis meet all incoming flights and ferry arrivals. Pre-arranged taxi transfers are available on request through Sebastian Transport. 20 minute taxi ride from ferry; 10 minutes from Tortola (EIS) airport.
