MANDATORY EXTRAS

Damage Insurance: $100/day nonrefundable. Plus, refundable Security Deposit: $5,000. (Maximum Liability Yacht - $5,000; Dinghy - $5,000).

BVI Cruising Permit: $6/person/day

BVI National Parks Trust Permit: $25-$55/week (2-10 persons) plus $5/pers/week for any additional person.

VISAR: $5 per person

Payable to Customs:
Environmental and Tourism Levy: $10 per person - collected on arrival at port of entry.
Departure Tax: $50 per person from airport and $20 per person from ferry.

Fuel and water are additional.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Sleepaboard: $50 per person

Skipper: $200 per day; Checkout Skipper: $175/day; Cook: $200/day

Snorkel Gear: $35 per person. Available for rental on arrival.

Payment and Cancellation Terms

Payment terms:
50% of invoice total to confirm.
Final payment due 60 days prior.

Cancellation terms:
Nonrefundable unless cancelled 120 days or more prior, then $300 fee. No refund if cancelled less than 120 days prior.

Charters start and end at noon.

Located at Nanny Cay Marina, Tortola

Taxi from Tortola airport or ferry dock can be pre-arranged. Local drivers meet all incoming flights and ferries. Fare from airport to marina is approximately $15 per person, minimum $36; from ferry to marina $10 per person, minimum.
