PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Payment terms:
50% of the total charter fee due and payable upon reservation to confirm booking
Balance payment due 35 days prior to embarkation.
Cancellation:
Cancel 35 days or more prior to charter start date: 50% of total charter price cancellation fee. Cancel less than 35 days prior to charter start date: no refund.
Charters run Saturday to Saturday.
Charters start at 5:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 a.m.
Return to the base the evening before by 6:00 p.m.
KOS base is located at Kos Island Marina on Pier D. From town to the marina it's approximately 13 miles. Taxi fare is approximately €50 (maximum 4 persons). Private Transfers and mini buses are also available. Car rental is available at the airport.
RHODES base is located at Rhodes New Marina approximately 12 miles from Rhodes Airport. Taxi fare is approximately €30 (maximum 4 persons). Car rental, mini buses and public buses are also available.
