MANDATORY EXTRAS
CDW - The Collision Damage Waiver and the DDW - Dinghy Damage Waiver
$74 to $84 per day (dependent on yacht size)
Refundable Damage Deposit:
A $1000 refundable damage deposit will be charged at check-in at the base and refunded after your charter ends.
Cruising tax: $6 pp/day
Nat'l' Parks Permit: $25-75 wk - depending on number of guests.
VISAR: $2.00/person donation to this non-profit rescue organization
Starter Kit: $55 (Includes toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, matches, hand wipes, garbage bags and a bottle of rum)
Cleaning Fee: $299-$355 (dependent on yacht size)
Fuel and water are additional.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Sleep Aboard: 1/2 of the daily rate.
WiFi: $20 per day
Skippers: $205/day; Instructional Skipper: $225/day. Skipper meals are additional.
Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment Terms:
Initial deposit: 25% of charter fee
Second Payment: 25% of the charter fee due 90 days prior to start date
Final payment: Due 60 days prior to start date.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancel more than 90 days from departure: $599 cancellation fee
Cancel 60 to 89 days from departure: 50% of charter fee is lost
Cancel 59 days or less from departure: No refund
Charters start at 5:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 a.m.

Local taxis meet all incoming flights and ferry arrivals. Pre-arranged taxi transfers are available on request through Sebastian Transport. 20 minute taxi ride from ferry; 10 minutes from Tortola (EIS) airport.
