PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment terms:
50% of vacation total upon booking. Final balance due within 90 days.

Cancellation terms:
More than 120 days before the start of the charter- $400 flat cancellation fee
90-119 days before the start of the charter- 50% of the charter cost
42-89 days before the start of the charter-75% of the charter cost
0-41 days before the start of the charter- 100% of the charter cost

Charters start at noon and end at 11:00 a.m.

How to get there:
Airport: V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU)

A debriefing and final walkthrough will be done upon return so please allow enough time to complete this before the charter end time.

Transfers
There are taxis available outside the airport. Please inform the driver that you are going to The Moorings base in English Harbour. The Moorings can arrange a taxi from the base back to the airport at the end of the charter. It is approximately $48 per taxi for up to two people (one way), plus $16 for each additional person.
