Nonrefundable Yacht Damage Waiver: $55 to $125/day (dependent on yacht type and size)

Refundable Security Deposit: $513 to $2,038 (dependent on yacht type and size)

BVI Cruising tax: $4/person/day
National Parks Trust Permit: $25, $35, $45, $55 (depending on the number of passenger)
VISAR: $2 per person

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment terms:
50% of vacation total upon booking. Final balance due within 90 days.

Cancellation terms:
More than (and including) 180 days before departure date - 10% of the deposit amount paid
179 days up to, and including, 91 days before departure date - 50% of the total cost of your booking
90 days and up to, and including, 57 days before departure date - 75% of the total cost of your booking
Less than, and including, 56 days before departure date - 100% of the total cost of the vacation

Charters start at 12:00 pm and end at 11:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m. for Power Charters.

Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) - Please note that you will be required to pay a $10 USD tourist tax in cash upon arrival. You will need to keep your receipt for the remainder of your stay. This ‘tax’ is an Environmental & Tourism Levy payable at ALL ports of entry (ferry and clearing in by boat too), not just the airport.

Cyril E. King International Airport (STT) – You will need to take the Ferry or private Water Taxi into Tortola. Ferries operate daily between St. Thomas and the British Virgin Islands. There are also private water taxis available. Please note: Ferry Services departure tax of $20 per person will be applicable.
