PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Payment terms:
50% of vacation total upon booking. Final balance due within 90 days.
Cancellation terms:
More than 120 days before the start of the charter- $400 flat cancellation fee
90-119 days before the start of the charter- 50% of the charter cost
42-89 days before the start of the charter-75% of the charter cost
0-41 days before the start of the charter- 100% of the charter cost
Charters start at 12:00 noon and end at 11:00 a.m.

The distance from the airstrip to the base is approximately 3 miles. Taxi fares are $3 per person with a minimum charge of $10.
