MANDATORY EXTRAS                                             

Nonrefundable Yacht Damage Waiver: $43 to $98 per day (dependent on yacht type and size)

Refundable Security Deposit: $825 to $1240 (dependent on yacht type and size)

BVI Cruising tax: $4/person/day
National Parks Trust Permit: $25, $35, $45, $55 (depending on the number of passenger)
VISAR: $2 per person

Payable to Customs:
Departure tax: $20 departure tax, $5 for under 6 years old

Fuel: $17 to $50 per day (dependent on yacht type and size)

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Skipper: $249/day plus meals and gratuity
Wifi Service: $245/week

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment terms:
50% of vacation total upon booking. Final balance due within 90 days.

Cancellation terms:
More than 120 days before the start of the charter- $400 flat cancellation fee
90-119 days before the start of the charter- 50% of the charter cost
42-89 days before the start of the charter-75% of the charter cost
0-41 days before the start of the charter- 100% of the charter cost

Charters start at 6:00pm and end at 11:00 a.m.

Located at Wickams Cay II PO Box 139 Road Town Tortola, BVI

Transfers:

Beef Island Airport to Wickhams Cay II Marina: 30-minute transfer. The approximate taxi fare to Sunsail base from Beef Island airport is $16 (one way) per person.

If you are landing into St Thomas in the morning or before 4 pm (approx) you should be able to take the ferry to Tortola.
