PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Payment terms:
50% of vacation total upon booking. Final balance due within 90 days.
Cancellation terms:
• All cancellation and/or refund requests must be made in writing.
• Cancel 180 days or more prior to the original charter start date: Full deposit is forfeited
• Cancel 179 days or less prior to the original charter start date: 100% of the total charter cost is forfeited
Charters start at 6:00 pm and end at 11:00 a.m.
Located at Marina Fort Luis, Baie de Marigot, Marigot 97150, Saint Martin.
Clients should give drivers the address of Marina Fort-Luis, Marigot. Taxi drivers should be paid direct. The cost is $35 USD for 1-3 passengers and $10 USD for each additional passenger. Taxi prices are increased by 25% between 10:00 pm and midnight and by 50% from midnight until 6:00 am. 30 minutes approx.
