Born and raised in Greece, Stavros’s boating experience started at a very young and count more that 22 years. At the age of eight Stavros began sailing competitively at Vouliagmeni Club, where his passion for the water began, roping him into a career at sea. Stavros attended National Technical University of Athens where he graduated with a degree in Civil engineer. Stavros has worked in AQUILA for over two years and with his vast knowledge of exclusive and popular destinations, he is sure to bring to guests many memorable and enjoyable experiences. In his spare time he enjoys his family and anything to do with the water.

Name: Dimitris Papadopoulos

Dimitris is enjoying the start of his fist season onboard m/y AQUILA. He began building toward his career at an early age by working in local marinas and boats absorbing as much knowledge as he could. Fast forward to day and Dimitris has many successful years under his belt. He is working wirking with captain Stavros up to 4 years. In his downtime he enjoys outdoor activities including kiteboarding, biking and snow skiing.

Nikolaos sails as Chef aboard M/Y AQUILA, where he is able to combine his love of cooking and traveling in order to explore cuisines from all over the world. Nikolaos has been working for high reputation restaurants,hotels and yachts over 22 years. After tirelessly working to develop his culinary skills on land, in 2015 started his career as a yacht chef.
Chef Nikolas caters to all dietary needs and is eager to work with guests to design menus to make their time aboard AQUILA exceptional. He looks forward to exploring and experimenting with fresh, local flavors, and he is excited to share his culinary journey with his guests.

Name: Lazaros Temetzian

Lazaros was born and raised in Australia. His love of the ocean came naturally, as she was always at the beach with friends and family, or on the water somewhere wakeboarding, fishing or snorkeling and catching lobsters.Lazaros was involved in all forms of customer service. His previous experience is in high – end hotels and private airplanes. Over the past few years, Lazaros has worked within a fleet of yachts and has loved every minute of it. She is enthusiastic, confident, a positive thinker, and is always eager to learn. Lazaros feels right at home on AQUILA and looks forward to new experiences and adventures every day.

Born and raised in Evoia island she developed a love for the sea. Efi decided that the world was too big not to explore and had an opportunity to work aboard mega yachts in 2011 and never looked back! Efi has worked on boats ranging from 45m – 60m and has travelled the Mediterranean & Caribbean. Her journey continues on M/Y AQUILA. Efi’s experience and attention to detail will ensure that you have a memorable time aboard!

Gabriella is a hardworking individual with great attention to detail, and her aim to achieve over and above her own expectations at all times. With a wide range of experiences in the hospitality and tourism industry from United Arab Emirates her interest always moved towards the yachting industry. All the previous yachting knowledge she has gained over the years she now puts to use on M/Y AQUILA. She would like to make sure that the guests enjoy the highest service that they can have on a luxury yacht.
