Also, she/he takes care of daily cleaning, making beds, provisioning and freshening up of toilets, and assists skipper in navigating and maneuvering.

CAPTAIN Michael Radermacher

Michael Radermacher has been working as a tour guide, Kayak-, ski- and sailing instructor for almost 30 years. He loves the water, nature and everything that has to do with it! In his sailing school, he inspired many students to take up yachting and has been offering sailing trips and training courses for many years. As a yacht master Offshore he knows his way around the sea and his yacht! “On y va” is a luxurious performance yacht which has all the equipment for racing on board. He is happy to show and introduce his guests to the world of sailing and racing, no matter their experience level, everyone get’s what they desire. He is looking forward to providing an unforgettable sailing holiday and first class luxury hospitality! He speaks German and English.

HOSTESS/COOK Birgit Radermacher for 29.06.24 – 20.08.24 and 12.10.24 – 24.10.24

With her husband Michael, she creates an oasis of well being onboard “On Y Va”! Birgit spoils her guests with a hearty breakfast, snacks and drinks for sunset hour and her beautifully prepared dishes and takes care of their well being on board. With attention to detail, her effective organisation skills and her cooking talent, she ensures a pleasant time on board and looks forward to welcoming her guests. They are the perfect team for the Greek sailing adventure of a lifetime! She speaks German and English.

HOSTESS/COOK Diane Beatrix Gögler for 26.05.24 – 28.06.2024 and 21.08.24 – 11.10.24

With 20 years of experience in tourism and hospitality across Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Mexico, the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean, complemented by 10 years in the financial services industry in Switzerland and Bermuda, Diane brings a wealth of expertise to her role as cook/hostess. She is highly adaptable, has a passion for cooking and can sail like a pirate! Transitioning to a cook/host role on sailing vessels in 2022, she has visited since then 13 countries in the Mediterranean and Caribbean and has sailed also across the Atlantic. She specializes in Mediterranean cuisine. Her duties and strengths involve team-work with the captain on board while cooking and supplying for both guests and crew, guiding guests while on shore, and organizing the yacht and her kitchen. Her expertise in high-end hospitality and multilingual proficiency ensures exceptional service on board On Y Va. In her free-time, she loves Scuba Diving (Padi instructor), Free Diving, learn Languages, and Traveling.
